A limited number of travel grants are available based on demonstrated need, career stage, and/or alignment with the scientific program. Please contact Sherri McFarland (sherri.mcfarland@uta.edu) if you wish to be considered.


Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Substitutions of meeting participants may be made at any time without penalty. All cancellations must be in writing and sent in email no later than April 16, 2026 to: registration@photobiology.org to receive a refund. All refunds will be issued after the meeting minus a 20% processing fee. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows. In the event of a meeting cancellation or reschedule, we will not be held responsible or liable for other costs, charges, and/or expenses, including such things as cancellation/change charges which might be assessed by hotels, airlines or travel agencies.

Media Policy The American Society for Photobiology (ASP) may photograph general meeting activities, including sessions, poster presentations, networking events, and social functions, for use in ASP publications, social media, newsletters, website content, and future promotional materials.
By attending ASP 2026, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed in general audience or event settings. However, audio or video recording of scientific presentations, posters, slides, or discussions by attendees is strictly prohibited without the explicit written permission of the presenter and ASP leadership. This includes:
• Recording lectures or slides
• Livestreaming presentations
• Capturing audio of Q&A sessions
• Recording poster discussions
• Screen recording virtual content (if applicable)
Presenters retain full ownership of their intellectual property. Unauthorized recording or distribution of presentation materials is not permitted. ASP reserves the right to request deletion of unauthorized recordings and to take appropriate action if this policy is violated.
If you prefer not to appear in ASP photographs, please notify the registration desk upon arrival.
