Instructions

Abstracts must be submitted via Google upload to the ASP secretariat: Google Folder

• When submitting your abstract, please use the following subject line: ‘Abstract: ASP 2019 Presidential Symposium, Chicago, IL.
• When submitting please indicate the target symposium, 'symposium I' (May 9) or 'symposium II' (May 10), that bests fits your abstract.
• Two (2) files are requested per abstract: Please submit your abstract as (1) a docx and also include (2) the respective pdf file.

• Abstracts should contain:
    1. author list (- presenting author in bold)
    2. author affiliations (plus email contact of corresponding author)
    3. title
    4. abstract body (no more than 400 words)
    5. graphical abstract or other illustrations/schemes/graphs (optional)

• Abstract font should be Times New Roman
    – Title size: 16 pt (bold)
    – Author names and affiliations size: 14 pt
    – Abstract body: 12 pt
    – Line spacing: Single
    – The combined abstract should fit on one page (US-letter; 8.5 by 11 inches) with at least 1 inch margins (top/bottom) and 0.5 inch margins (left/right)
